HALT-C Specimen Availability
The HALT-C specimen repository, SeraCare BioServices, is under subcontract with NERI, the Data Coordinating Center (DCC). Work with NERI to determine specimen availability at the time-points in which you are interested as well as the costs to pull and ship specimens.
- Serum is collected at each visit and is available for most patients at each of these visits.
- DNA is available for 1224 patients.
- Flash Frozen liver was collected and stored for most patients at screening, M24 and M48. In addition, liver frozen in OCT is available at these time-points for approximately 100 patients.
